Note: Any events with beer/wine must be full day rental.
Gym Daily or Hourly rental is available. 
Daily rental Includes use of Gym, kitchen prep room, restrooms, stage & playground.
Gym is heated & has A/C.


All daily events require "One day Insurance Rider" to be obtained & provided by renter.
Hourly event insurance depends on the kind of event and length of time.

10 AM to 10 PM (Music off at 9pm. Clean up from 9 to 10pm)

We recommend a licensed server for alcohol, so you can enjoy your event and not have to worry so much about your guests.

NEW 2017 cleaning info for "Daily Event" rentals:
We clean after your event.
When the party is done, renter removes all their personal and/or rented items & takes the garbage out to the dumpster. Leave the tables & chairs up. We wash tables & chairs, put them away, sweep, mop, vacuum, clean restrooms, kitchen and pick up outside litter. (Any unusual/extensive cleaning may be charged from deposit). Small Events up to 50 guests picks up & takes all garbage.

*Deposit is refundable if no excessive cleaning is needed and there is no damage done to premises and/or properties of REH.

Use of Tables & Chairs are included in rental for the amount of guests reserved.
Available: (12) 4' White Round (can seat up to six guests), (2) 5' White Round (used for cake/presents), & (20+) 8' Rectangle (can seat 10 guests). Folding metal chairs.

Guests may not exceed amount agreed upon at time of rental agreement or price may increase to correct rental price.

Use your own caterer or bring your own food.
We have a KITCHEN (prep room no stove) with sink, cooler, freezer, microwave, counter & tables, plus electrical outlets are available for your use.

Large stage for DJ or Band. The Band or DJ must stop 1 hour prior to closing, this gives them enough time to pack up all their equipment.

Playground & grass area to keep the kids busy!

NOTE on PARKING: There is a tenant only parking area, please do not park in this section or block the entrance of this area. Thank you!

Men's & Women's rest rooms with handicap stalls.
